For parcels shipped via our Tax-Included Special Lines (Cainiao), tracking updates may only appear after the package has cleared customs in the destination country and has been picked up by the final-mile carrier (usually USPS, Royal Mail, or local couriers).

Before this stage, the tracking number might show 'Label Created' or stay at the 'Arrived at Destination Airport' status for a few days. This is completely normal for DDP shipping methods. We kindly ask for your patience as we handle the customs clearance for you.
